Hi,

How to add upper and lower line for specific row labels like NET SALES, Total COS, Gross Margin etc

I can conditional format particular rows with background and font color but unable to add upper and lower horizontal line.

Please provide any suggestions for the issue.

Unfortunately Power BI doesn't support such formatting options yet. As an alternative, you can apply conditional formatting as background color for each column ( Sales, Product and Sales% ) to highlight as totals.

You may also explore possiblities in the custom visual Inforiver for 360-degree analytics with data writeback which is ideal for this sort presentation.
