How to add/input text to a table visual in a report (add text per row in a column like in excel)?

Hi all,

Is there a way I can add a Comments column to a table visual and be able to add text per row in a report? A customer is requesting this capability. I have added a comments Text box for now but this will not align to the rows in the Table visual.

So, the customer wants to be able to enter data? 

If not enter data, I assume the Comments are too big that you would not want to add them to the table as a column? You kind of want them in something like a tooltip?

Yes, the customer would like to enter text in a column for a table visual. Is this possible in edit mode in an app workspace? I know editting is not possible in a published app or report.
