How to add image in table column without using image url

I have question, it is posiible power BI can display image in table without get image url?

Not entirely sure I understand the question but you can have a data table of URL's that you tag in your model as being of category "Image URL" and when you put that column into table visualization then it will display the image. Now, if you are asking if you can load up the binary images into your model for display, that currently cannot be done to the best of my knowledge.
