How to add help definitions to Power BI Visuals?
Say I have a report with several visuals on it. Is there a way to add a sort of help tooltip that would describe what the visual is showing?

Hmm, I thought a button utilizing Alt Text would do this but I can't seem to get that to work the way I want. Images do not have tooltips, card visuals do not have tooltips. Might have to look at a custom visual...

You can use donut chart to work around this issue, or use custom visuals such as HTML viewer and Dynamic Tooltip by MAQ Software as workarounds.
