How to add date filter by month

Question

I am building a report to visualize the visits per month that each employee makes, my data source is an Excel that I am building from scratch, possibly I am failing in something in the construction of my data source.

I share an example of my data source in Excel where all the information is in a single sheet.

Try making a grouped bar chart in Power BI but it is not really what I am looking for, as for the visualization it does not help me much to understand the graph since in the future there will be more months that will be added and visualized in a grouped way.

On the Y-axis add the name of the employees and on the X axis add each of the columns corresponding to the values of the visits of the month of February, March, April and May.

What I would like to achieve is to add a filter or segmentation of data with the values of the months and that when selecting a value of this filter only the bar with the values of the selected month is displayed.

In the same way I am also open to read any idea that I propose in order to improve a little the visualization of my report.
