How to add bar graph in Matrix visual.

Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.
Go to Conditional Formatting and then click on background color
change the format style to Rule based, over here you will be able to give the rule based colours that you require.

Yes, it’s possible to add a bar-like visualization inside a column of a Matrix visual in Power BI by using data bars through conditional formatting. To do this, first select your Matrix or Table visual, then locate the field in the Values area of the Visualizations pane. Click the dropdown arrow beside the field name and choose Conditional Formatting, followed by Data Bars. In the formatting options that appear, enable data bars and customize them as needed for example, by adjusting minimum and maximum values or changing the bar colour.

We can add bars in Matrix or Table visuals, but we can't apply conditions like the ones below. We can only show positive and negative values.
