How to add a row to a Server Based Table I use in Power Query?

I have tables that are not created manually and are navigated to on a server.  In that case, how do add a Row to the table?

You can also enter a new table and append the new table to the original table.

@bdehning , if this not direct query, Means import mode, You van create a table with required columns and append that in power query
