How to add a legend on choropleth filled map

i have maped data on filled map, and colors are based on a numeric filed. where lowest =blue color, middle=pink, highest=green color. Now, i am unable to activate legend bar, showing lowest to highest values on a bar.

If I set up a filled map and plot soem places with associated numeric values I can get this after creating a Conditional Formatting rule

Here's the CF rule

Now, I can add a Legend but it over-rides the colors set by the CF rule.  This si the way the visual works.

Is this what you are experiencing?  You said you are 'unable to activate legend bar' so I'm not sure if we're talking about the same thing.  What exactly do you mean by this?
