How can we leave a whiteboard for viewers to add important message in the figure?
For example, when I click a button "Actions", I could see next actions or suggestions. But it is should be enter manually
Hi, I use PowerApps in Power BI with the PowerList list format. This tool serves as a virtual whiteboard to write down timely information and / or comments.
The difference is from Microsoft List, which works with a standalone Power BI server, so the information you register in PowerList is updated online when you enter or modify a comment.

Hi @hbao4 ,
As of now, end viewers are not allowed to add comments to reports. You could submit this feature request at ideas page: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas
You can add comments to the dashboard, and you will see a small comment icon next to the title. This is another entry to open the comment pane. It will automatically filter all the comments on the dashboard to display the comments associated with this block.
