If I want to display a Specific Column with suffix values where my big arrow is pointing, I want it to be the column shown in the header.

Unfortunately, there is no option to add some categorical columns to the matrix, without making it in hierarchical form. (The logic is very similar to the Excel pivot table).
If every job has one suffix you can achieve something similar by expanding the row hierarchy and format stepped layout + switching off row subtotals :
This is not flat like in your Excel, but this is the closest option that we have.

If I want something like this, but I don't want the sum of suffix in each column, just one column like shown in total, is it possible if I want it to be before the day and month?
