How to Use Power Automate to Export Multiple Reports

I have created a PowerBI report showing the performances of each of our clients. Currently, I am using "Filters on all pages (Require single selection)" to switch views from say client A performance to client B performance.

Now I would like to create PDF reports with each of them dedicating to one client's performance only (we have 6 clients at the moment). Is something like this achievable via Power Automate?

Very new PBI user here so appreicate all help/tips 🙂 Thanks!

Hi @Katie_C ,

If you can switch between client data via bookmarks/RLS or a filter, then you can use Power Automate to export corresponding report for different clients.

Hi @Katie_C

Unless you have a specific reason to use Power Automate, you can dynamically select client-specific filter and slicer values at report run-time entirely within Power BI. See https://medium.com/p/bfebd39d4c84 for details.

BI Helper is a third-party SaaS tool that automates the generation and emailing of PDF / PPTX reports from Power BI to users inside and outside your organization.
