How to Unpivot the columns in Power BI Desktop

Hi All,

I have calculated columns in Power BI Desktop Query. Now I want to unpivot/transpose the columns in another query. Is there any way to do this? I don't want to unpivot using M-Query but through derived table in 'Fields' pane of Power BI Desktop. Derived table should look like below screenshot where Filter_Name and Value columns are unpivoted columns. Base query has multiple columns covered under column Filter_Name and Value column is the actual value of the respective column.
