How to Translate Stacked Column Chart Y-Axis Title

I have turned on and specified a text in the Format Visual > Visual > Y-Axis > Title Text property of a Stacked Column Chart.  That Title Text cannot be replaced with a measure and it does not appear within the External Tool "Translations Builder".  I have tried creating a "localized label" within the Translations Builder but that did not activate the translation.

 

I thought about using a Card or Textbox but that text cannot be rotated 90 degrees with PowerBI Desktop v2.122.1066.0 64-bit (October 2023).

 

How can this text be translated to other languages?

    Hi BESS_PremierTec ,

    Translations Builder: You can use Translations Builder to add secondary languages to your project’s data model. However, Translations Builder doesn’t add metadata translations for a specific language. Instead, it adds metadata translations for a culture name that identifies both a language and a locale.

      Hi,

       

      That does not answer my question.

       

      There are two texts we want to translate within the Stacked Column Chart: the title (Production) and the y-axis label (Quantity / Quantities):

       

      We use the external tool "Translations Builder" to manage our translations for en-US, fr-FR and fr-CA:

       

      To localize the Stacked Column Chart title we select the visual, click on "Format your visual", click on "General", expand the Title > Title section and click the fx button to select the Production Label managed by the Translations Builder:

       

       

      When we deploy the report to our english and french uses that title appears in the proper translation.

       

      This does not work when trying to have an english and french text for the Y-Axis.  That text does not have the fx button that would let us specify an appropriate label.

       

      What is the proper way to have that Y-Axis text appear in different languages?
