How to Show Line Breaks in Power BI Table for Multi Line Text Fields

I'm trying to show text in the same cell on seperate lines, however every time I try to use delimiter I'm running into issues. I watched a video (How to Show Line Breaks in Power BI Table for Multi Line Text Fields - Google Search), but I'm getting completely different results. For example the same row is repeating in my matrix table or a blank cell is showing up in the adjacent row. Can someone help me with this? Thank you.

@Nhorow3 , We usually add unichar(10)  to split that, But it does not get desired success always
