How to SET hyperlink as values instead of URL in table chart column using power bi

I have two column like EmpNo and HyperLink.

Hyperlink will have some URL.

But, I don't want to show the full URL to end user. When user see the table they should know only the EMPNO with Link in the HyperLink.

When they click on the link (EMPNO Link), it should go to respective link.

How do we do this..?

For example and reference as below.
