How to Replicate Last Value Field in Visualization Pane in DAX

Does anyone know the dax syntax for the Last function in the visualtions field pane? I am copying a picture of it as it may be confusing. I need this dax to write an if statement saying if LAST UNITNAME is blank then return WHO COMPLETED. I merged a few queries which is why it has last crew actions.UNITNAME 

IF anyone knows the dax or syntax to get that, that would be awesome.

LASTNONBLANK(<column>,<expression>)

You can try this code in your case:

LASTNONBLANK = LASTNONBLANK('Table'[Name],0)
