i have a sales table , I need to create report as below :-
(A) main menu :- Table
(B) Sub menu :-
1 Brand
2 SBU
3 SEG
4 COY
Above are Dimension of Table.
(C) Sub Sub menu :-
1. Sales LY vs YTD
2. Sales By Year
3. Sales By Month
4. GP% LY vs YTD
5. GP% By Year
6. GP% By By Month
Above are the individual dimension table report.
Base on my configuration, since I have. 4 dimension and 6 report , total I need to create 4X6 =24 Report.
can some one advise how to reduce it to min ?

Your sales LY and YTD could be placed inside of a stacked column chart to compare them. Then your sales by year/month could be placed inside of a line chart (Or any other chart that is suitable) where you could drill through to view the year or month. The same applies for GP%.

You can use 2 pages (1 for Sales and 1 for GP%). You can then create slicers on the pages that can filter Sales/GP% per month and year. The chart you choose to go with would then display the LY and YTD information.
