How to Read a Dashboard

Hello, everyone!  I just started using PowerBI (literally, about an hour ago!!!).  Can you direct me to a document or tutorial where I can find details on the features/options available when viewing a dashboard?  For example, drilling down, selecting timeframes, etc.  I know the features are there, just don't know what is available.  Thank you in advance!
