How to Put Quarterly Intervals In Line Chart

Is there a way to put quarterly intervals in a chart, as can be done in Excel?

I see you've got years and quarters on your x-axis.  Click the drill down button on your line chart to get down to the quarter level.

If you want the chart to always display quarters like "Q4
