It's not clear about your scenario.
According to your information, there may be several scenarios in Power BI:
1. Power BI Service: Filter a report using query string parameters in the URL
Use the url of this format:
URL?filter=Table/Field eq 'value'
2. Create a Power BI Slicer Panel and use Bookmarks and Buttons
To get the filter to work as expected, please uncheck the Data option (#5 below) from the bookmark options (ellipsis…) and then clicked on Update (#6 below).
3. use parameters to make your reports dynamic, including :
Using Parameters to Connect to a Data Source,
Adding Parameters to Filter Data,,ect.
