How to Make 3D Map in Power BI

Hi Experts,

I read this article from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/paginated-reports/report-design/visualizations/chart-effe... but in current BI there in no option how to make this type of sales Map .. can you please guide me how to develp these type map graph in Power BI.
