How to Invoke PowerBI Report from forms

I am PowerBI developer. I have created a report which uses 2 files. The code is stable now. I want to transition the app to operational team and I don't want them to open PowerBI. I want to craete Power Form with 2 files as parameter and clicking Invoke button which sends these tow files to PowerBI and then refreshes the data and download the report in pdf.

You could export the report as PDF through Power BI Desktop but data won't be refreshed.

You may consider to publish the report to Power BI Service so that you could refresh the data and share the report with others.

By granting different permission to users, you could manage if the user could view or edit the report.
