How to Have a Blank Card Visual when No Row in a Table Visual is Selected

I created a small sample project to demonstrate what I'm trying to do here.

I have a single table that I'm working from "Projects".  I have one table visual at the top of my report that displays several rows and a card visual below that to display another value from that same table.

When I click on a row in the table visual, the card visual updates to display the correct information as expected.

I'm trying to figure out how to get that card to not display anything (be blank) when no rows in the table are selected.

I'm new to Power BI and have spent several hours trying to figure this out.  If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it.

      Thank you for the reply.

I read the linked article and tried to create the measure, but I am receiving an error.  It seems like this should be simple, so I'm sure I'm missing something fundamental.

After playing around with this statement for another 3 hours watching youtube videos and reading other forum posts and how to articles I think I finally figured out how to make this work.

Using the information on this forum post I was able to get the statement to work.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

The card visual now shows "(Blank)" when no row is selected and shows the correct update when a row is selected.

    OKBobby ,

You can create measure using dax like pattern below:

    Result =
    IF ( ISFILTERED ( Table[Column] ), Measure, Blank )
