How to Find source table name a visual is based without clicking through the tabs
I have PBI Desktop File with 20 tabs and each tab has 5 to 6 visuals (I know this is not good practice) as I have inherited this from my predecessor.
No I want to find out which visuals in my PBI Desktop file is using a dataflow named (PGQ Profile), I know the easiest and time consuming way would be to click on the visual and check the Fields pane, but this is time consuming and frustrating considering my report has 20 tabs and each tab has 5 visuals so that is more than 100 clicks to find out
Do we have any Powershell cmdlet which can give me the table name a visaul is pulls in the data quickly, for example I can key in the table or dataflow name and it tells me which visuals use this source something like this
Please help Thanks

Hi smjzahid ,
According to my knowledge , I'm afraid it is the onle one way to achieve in Power BI for now.
A measure can contain multiple fieleds from data sources, and visual can contain multiple fieleds from data sources too.
For your requirement, you could post your new idea in Power BI ideas and make this feature coming sooner .
Best Regards
