How to Expand Stacked Bars To fill Visual

I am trying to increase the thickness of the Stack Bars of the visuals on the right to at least the same thickness as that of the visual on the left. 

Ideally, I would like to lengthen the bars up to the edge of the visual. 

Can someone show me how to do that?

You can dynamic value with creating a measure and put into X-Axis Maximum Value. Or you can give a static value.
