How to Enable Auto Updates on Dec 2020 Release
Hi there,
I am trying to enable automatic updates, so that the data (linked directly to a SQL table) updates daily. I cannot figure out how to do this!
I tried the below and did not win -
File > Options & Settings > Options > Preview Features > Nothing.
Please see below picture... How do I enable this functionality?

Automatic page refresh in Power BI enables your active report page to query for new data, at a predefined cadence, for DirectQuery sources.
When you connect to sql server, choose 'Direct query' connection mode and you can use this feature:

I think is main feature now.
Hi amitchandak , I do not have the ability to enable the page refresh - please see screenshot below. How do I get this feature to show up?
