How to Create Relationship with the given information

Let's say this is 'List of Company Table', in the List of Company Table got tables for Company A, B, C, D etc just like above screenshot attached. If you click on the Company A Table for instance, there will be list of products and origin. Same goes to when you click on the second row which is Company B Table, there will be list of products and origin. 

Company ATable 
Company BTable 
Company CTable

Then to Company A Table

List of ProductOrigin
ETF200Germany
ETF201Spain
ETF999USA
