How to Connect to Shared Calendar

Hi, I am trying to get data from a shared calendar that resides in Microsoft Outlook. I know there is a data connector for Microsft Exchage which works when I connect it to my calendar but I want to connect to another shared calendar (aka someone elses calendar). 

 

How do I go about doing this and what permissions do I need to grant so that this data can be pulled?
