How to Connect to Excel Sheet in My Workplace in Power BI

I have connected a Excel sheet from my OneDrive account to Power BI, shown below.

When I go to Power BI on my desktop how am I able to connect to this file?

I have looked at this before but continue to get an error and am unable to connect using the Web data source. I am trying to find another way to do this to avoid the error. In another post I am trying to figure out of to solve the error I am receiving.
