How to Card visual relate with Day only not relate Month
If select Month, It's show data 'blank'
and If select Day, It's show data per Day

You can have a visual level filter. You can create a measure.
Date wise = var _max = maxx(Date,Date[Date])
return
calculate(Sum(Table[value]), filter(all(Date),Date[Date]=_max))
