How to Calculate Repeat Users for the month

Hi Power BI Community,

 

I'm trying to figure out how to calculate repeat users for the month. Users can visit multiple times in a day but that doesn't count as a repeat user. The user needs to visit at least 2 times on separate days in the month to be counted as a repeat user.

 

Sample Dataset:

UserDate
James11/1/2019
Derek11/1/2019
Chris11/1/2019
James11/1/2019
James11/1/2019
Derek11/2/2019
Chris11/1/2019
Chris11/5/2019
Chris11/5/2019
Bob10/10/2019
Bob10/25/2019

 

Expect Outcome:

October Repeat Users
Bob

 

November Repeat Users
Chris
Derek

 

Does anyone know how I can approach this?

    Create measures

    Measure 5 = CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT(Table3[Date]),ALLEXCEPT(Table3,Table3[User]))

Measure 6 = CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT(Table3[User]),FILTER(Table3,Table3[Measure 5]>1))
