How to Apply 2 format in 1 table field

I have sample data with Amount Decimal in Visual Matrix Power BI like this :

Account Nobuk Date Amount
1230 ER2318 8/8/2022 2200
1231 CA8754 3/4/2023 70
1232 TR3241 2/25/2023 100

How to make Amount can be used in 2 formats between decimal and percentage in Power BI like this?

Account Nobuk Date Amount
1230 ER2318 8/8/2022 2200
1231 CA8754 3/4/2023 70%
1232 TR3241 2/25/2023 100

I have tried the formula but it doesn't work :

IF([Account]<>1231,[Amount],Format([Amount],"Percent")

Please help us how to apply 2 formats of Decimal and Percent in 1 table field

What makes you decide to treat the second value as a percentage?  It would display as 7000% anyway so you would need to change it to 0.7
