How not to count or summarize a value?

what's the expected output?
i think you need to provide one sample data screenshot and one output screenshot.
this is one of the result that i got but without the Don't Summarize. I tried it on the Table but it doesnt work. it still counts the data even on the text form.
could you pls provide the pbix file?
