How much storage we need on cloud?
Actually i’m confused and I don’t have any idea about publishing dashboard on cloud.
Is it possible to publish just my dashboard on cloud without uploading all the database?
In this case 10 GB storage on cloud is enough for me? Or i need 2TB space on cloud?!?

When you publish a .pbix file to Power Service, both report and dataset will be published. It is not possible to publish just dashboard without uploading all the database.
The available size of storage on cloud (1GB or 10GB) is limited based per user. A free user can have maximum allowed limit of 1GB in powerbi service and a Pro can have 10GB. This limitation stands for the storage space you can have in Power BI service. It is the total size of all items you stored in service.
However, when you publish a pbix file over 1GB to Power BI Service, you will get limitation error message, no matter how much space are left in Power BI service. That is to say, the data set of a single pbix file you are going to publish must be smaller than 1 GB. Reference: File Size Increase to 1 GB

You would want to look at a Direct Query connection (Live connection).
