How measures will effect performance

HI,

I have a question, i have a report with lot of meaures. But the report will call the measures dynamically based on slicer selection

so only few measures are called. So my question is, the unused measures will have any impact on the performance?

They won't.  Performance is affected by the visuals you have on the report pages and how many values need to be calculated with the measures used in those visuals.
