Dear Experts,
At the outset thank everyone for this learing forum, I have one query on Power BI where data is via Outlook where in Inbox I have around 2,000 mails. While uploading into Power BI report then the number of uploads are more than 5,000 so just wanted to know is that one email equals to one upload row or n single mail there will be multiple uploads on Power BI desktop.
Thanks

After testing, if you connect to the mail table, when you receive one email, it will return one row in power BI.but in the row it will contain multiple columns that with different data types, such as list and table. it means the emails contain not just the body of the message, but also metadata such as sender information, recipient information, attachments and so on.
So when you upload the emails the related content will both be uploaded, so the times of uploading will be more than the counts of the email.
Best Regards!
