Hi! Zolotoy
You can use website or portal embed but that might not be secured and anyone can see the report. For better control you should folloe this official doc.

Hi! Zolotoy
Embed to portal or website can be used -
- If the reports are for internal use within your organization, you can embed them in internal portals like SharePoint or other intranet sites.
- For simpler use cases where security is not a major concern, you can use the "Publish to Web" option. However, this makes the report publicly accessible to anyone with the link.
Power BI Embedded can be used -
- If you are embedding reports into a commercial application that will be accessed by external users (customers, partners, etc.), Power BI Embedded is the best option. It provides secure and scalable embedding with fine-grained control over user access and permissions.
- Power BI Embedded allows you to use custom authentication mechanisms, such as Azure AD tokens, to control access to the reports.
