      Hi! Zolotoy

Embed to portal or website can be used -

      •  If the reports are for internal use within your organization, you can embed them in internal portals like SharePoint or other intranet sites.
      • For simpler use cases where security is not a major concern, you can use the "Publish to Web" option. However, this makes the report publicly accessible to anyone with the link.

Power BI Embedded can be used -

      • If you are embedding reports into a commercial application that will be accessed by external users (customers, partners, etc.), Power BI Embedded is the best option. It provides secure and scalable embedding with fine-grained control over user access and permissions.

      • Power BI Embedded allows you to use custom authentication mechanisms, such as Azure AD tokens, to control access to the reports.
