Hi @deanbland ,
Sounds like Incremental refresh. Please check the document below.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/admin/service-premium-incremental-refresh
You could create a custom column with Today() function then manage Incremental refresh.
Best Regards,
Jay
@deanbland , Not very clear. Refer

Apologies, let me try and explain better...
Lets say I have three reports: A, B & C. All reports feed into Power Bi. I want to add a column labeled "Update Date" to A, B & C that populates itself with the current date of when the reports were updated.
For example, report A is updated on the 24/08/2020 and so that date populates cells within the Update Date column. Report B is updated 4 days later on the 28/08/2020, and so that date is populated into the cells in the Update Date column.
What I also need is for these dates to remain the same when an updated version is loaded in.
For example, report A's last update was on the 01/10/2020 and that date populates cells within the Update Date column currently. I now need to update report A today, on the 11/11/2020. I would like cells within the Update Date column currently, populated with 01/10/2020, to stay the same and only the additional data from the update to be populated with the new date. (rough example below)
