I am trying to build the below visual in power bi and was wondering how I would go about it?
Should I try using the table visualisation?
Should I be looking at trying to create the visual in Python or R or DENEB?
Any and all ideas and suggestions welcome.

Hi, if I understand correctly, it is Gant.
Similar or even identical results can be achieved using matrix and conditional formatting.
