Hi @bhuvaneswari ,

To convert the date and time values from IST to the desired format in Power BI, you can try changing the time zone settings in Power BI.

1. In Power BI Desktop, go to File > Options and settings > Options.
2. In the Options dialog box, select Global > Time zone.
3. Change the time zone to the desired one.

If you want to convert the date and time values to a specific format, you can use the "Format" option in the "Modeling" tab of the Power BI Desktop ribbon.

1. Select the date or time column in the Fields pane.
2. In the Modeling tab of the ribbon, select the "Format" dropdown menu.
3. Choose the desired date and time format.

This will change the format of the date and time values in your visualizations without the need for a custom column.

If it does not help, please provide more details.
