This is a challenging requirement and is currently not feasible with the existing features in Power BI. We might anticipate this feature from Microsoft in the future. Please submit idea for this requirement.

To separate "Pre" and "Post" data, drag the Param field to the Legend area.
This will create two separate lines for "Pre" and "Post" values.
Format the lines and markers as per your preferences (e.g., add data labels, remove lines, add markers).
You can explore error bars to coonect the two data points on the same date.
