How do I merge multiple pbix files into one ?

Hello,

 

our team need create a KPI dashboard. 

One person makes call report (data from SQL server), another person does case report ( data from Oracle), now need to combine two files into a file, then publish to the user.

 

is possiable?

if yes, how to do it?
thank you in advance!

Hi @binbing,

 

There is no direct method to merge different pbix file to one pbix currently. You can vote on this idea: Allow copy and paste between different PBIX's

 

There are two workarounds you can try, you can open call report (data from SQL server) in Power BI desktop then let another person do same steps as case report (data from Oracle) in this call report. 

 

Or you can publish these two reports call report and case report to Power BI service, then pin visuals/ live page from these two reports to the same dashboard.
