How do I make this chart in Power BI?

I saw this chart on a Youtube video with one column that it like a barchart and the other column with a total amount. Does anyone know how to make this?

    Thank you, the correct format to do this is a "table". I was stuck because I thoguht it was some sort of bar chart.

    you can try to turn on the data bar in the conditional formatting.
