How do I get value form column x row

My be a silly question, but is my mind

 

How do I get a value from column and row?

 

 
I have tried using a measure below:
 
Measure = 
CALCULATE(SUM(fEMPL_AUT[Valor]),FILTER(fEMPL_AUT,fEMPL_AUT[Linha]=1975&& fEMPL_AUT[Coluna] = 1975))

    CSpina , In this case, you need two-year dimension.  Or can work with two-column in the table.

     

    one on row ,fEMPL_AUT[Linha] and one on column  fEMPL_AUT[Coluna]

    with measure

    CALCULATE(SUM(fEMPL_AUT[Valor])))

    can you provide sample data?
    With date columns you can try the following.

    Measure = 
CALCULATE(SUM(fEMPL_AUT[Valor]),FILTER(fEMPL_AUT,fEMPL_AUT[Linha].[Year]=1975&& fEMPL_AUT[Coluna].[Year] = 1975))

        In fact, I have to calculate the total of yellow cells, it´s blowing my mind.
