To see the footer as per your original question you need to publish it to the Web.

The image in your screenshot is from a published to web report.
But you can create a similar footer in your reports by using Buttons with page navigation.

When I publish the report the page numbers appear on the side of the window, see below:
This is the first time i've had to do this so apologies if this is something that happens automatically. How do i get them to display like the previous screenshot?
