How do I create a line chart with data from the same column

Trying to show a line chart where the Y axis is the count of table_id; X axis is the date value but only for approved date; and the legend would have recert status with 3 possible status_expression_value (let's pretend Approved, Rejected, Pending). Here is the mock up of the data structure.
