How do I calculate Length of Service from given this dataset using date of hire or date of terminat

I have column for Date of Hire, Date of termination , and Last performance review date. How do I get length of service from these data?

Hi,

This is done with the DATEDIFF function. You can use this function by making a new column and then follow the instructions here: 

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dax/datediff-function-dax

Essentially it takes 2 dates and works out the difference between them. You can specify what unit of measurement you want this difference to be in e.g. Years, Days etc.
