How do I avoid having 2 Novembers in my line chart

Hi I am filtering this chart by last 12 months i.e. 24/11/2019- 23/11/2020. Is there any way how to start from 1/11/2019? I need it as a dynamic filter, so when we move to december it should do the same for December again. 

Furthermore, I would like to know if it's possible to somehow use "MM" instead of "MMMM" in my chart. I am using CalendarAuto to generate this hierarchy.

According to your description, I created some data October 1, 2019 to December 5, 2020 to show

1. Create measure.

all_amount =
CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[amount]),FILTER('Table','Table'[Date]<=TODAY()&&'Table'[Date]>=DATE(YEAR(TODAY())-1,MONTH(TODAY()),1)))

2. Result.

Only data from November 1, 2019 to November 24, 2020 will appear

Of course you can start from the first of the month. Just use the EOMONTH function. Something like

EOMONTH( YourArchorDate, -13) + 1.

On your visual you can filter by relative date and only include items from the last 12 calendar months, which would limit the visual to include only 01/11/2019 - 31/10/2020.
