How do I add an x and y axis line?

This is rather embarrassing but how do you add an X and Y reference line to a bar graph on Power BI?  I need something like this graph or The bubble plot in this story board .   My supervisor is picky and I cannot seem to figure it out.

You can do this by going into the formatting options (the paint roller icon). Under the Y axis turn gridlines on then you can choose color and width and style.
