My team gave me this reference so I would make a new dashboard identical to it:

However, I noticed that it is not possible to justify the values (Callout Value) to the left like they did there, and I have no idea how it was possible. This was the best I could do: 

How can I make mine look just like theirs? Is there an alternative?

Hi @tobuhrer, take a closer look at "Card (New)" visual settings. You can define the horizontal alignment for callout values. You can even set it differently for different KPIs:
